Somerville students accomplish “more than they thought possible”

Ms. Payette’s class at Winter Hill of Somerville Public Schools accomplished big things last week. In her synopsis of the field trip, this teacher said of her 3rd & 4th graders:

“I have a class of very active, distractible, rambunctious, and self-conscious students and I saw them all flourish on their Waypoint field trip! They encouraged each other, challenged themselves, and accomplished more than they thought possible. I could not have been more proud of my students and more thankful for the adults who both work and volunteer with Waypoint!”

Check out pictures of these kids’ accomplishments climbing at Central Rock Gym in Watertown and thanks for the kind words Ms. Payette! We had an awesome time with your students! A big thanks goes out to our volunteer friends at Definitive Cares! Thank you for all you do to help create these opportunities!
